We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your email address and login credentials.
• Photos and item details — the pictures and information you upload so we can identify and list your items.
• Listing data — the titles, descriptions, prices, and listings we help you create.
• eBay connection — a secure access token that lets us post and manage listings on your behalf. We never see or store your eBay password.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Usage information — basic technical and usage data to keep the service working and secure.

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to identify items, suggest prices, draft listings, post to eBay at your direction, process payments, provide support, and keep SnapSold secure. We do not sell your personal information.

To deliver the service, we share limited information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• AI provider (Anthropic) — your photos and item text are sent to generate the identification, pricing, and listing content.
• eBay — to fetch comparable listings and to post and manage the listings you choose to publish.
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel) — to store your data and run the application.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to your eBay access token. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can disconnect SnapSold from your eBay account at any time from your eBay settings. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. SnapSold is intended for adults; it is not directed to children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.
